Service

Salon OS provides cloud-based salon-management capabilities subject to the selected subscription, usage limits, acceptable-use requirements, and applicable order terms.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for authorized users, account credentials, configuration, and lawful use of client and business information entered into the platform.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Taxes, usage charges, payment-processing charges, migration services, and add-ons may be billed separately where applicable.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, improved, or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
