We may collect contact and business information submitted through demo, contact, access and customer forms; account and authentication information; salon configuration and operational data provided by customers; and limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address and service logs.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and secure the service, onboard and support customers, process authorized communications, improve product reliability, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Salon client data
Salon customers control the client information they place in Salon OS. MULTICO HAIR DESIGN & ESTHETICS LTD processes that data to provide the contracted service and according to customer instructions, applicable agreements and law.
