Website and Early Access Terms
Effective August 2, 2026. These terms govern the public website, interactive demonstrations and founding access requests. A separate subscription agreement applies before production use.
Website and demonstrations
The website and interactive demos are provided for product evaluation. Demonstration data is fictional or simulated, actions do not affect production records, and preview capabilities may change before general availability.
Early access
Submitting an access or demo request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, pricing or a production account. Scope, onboarding, fees, usage allowances, support and data-processing terms are confirmed in writing before activation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, copy protected product elements except as permitted by law, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Salon OS, its interface, content, trademarks and software are owned by MULTICO HAIR DESIGN & ESTHETICS LTD or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to evaluate the public website and demos.
Third-party services
Links and integrations may involve independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Planned integrations are identified as such and are not guaranteed.
Disclaimers
The public website and demos are provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, MULTICO HAIR DESIGN & ESTHETICS LTD disclaims warranties not expressly included in a signed agreement.
Liability
Any production service liability, service levels, indemnities and data obligations are governed by the signed customer agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
